We are pleased to announce that effective January 13, 2022 the long-standing practice of John B. Barry CPA, P.A. has been acquired by Ryan C. Blair CPA, PLLC (RCB).

For 30 years, John and his team have provided exceptional tax, bookkeeping and payroll services to clients in Boone and the High Country. John and his team will all be joining RCB. John plans to work with Ryan and the team on a part-time basis through at least 2023. All of our valued clients will continue to be serviced at our office in Boone and our team can be reached at the same phone numbers. Effective immediately, the email addresses for the team will change to first name and @ryanblaircpa.com.  For example, Andrew’s email address will be andrew@ryanblaircpa.com  For our clients’ convenience, emails that are sent to our team’s old email address will be forwarded to their new email address.

Ryan is a CPA licensed in North Carolina and has over 20 years of public accounting and tax leadership experience in industry servicing publicly traded corporate tax departments.  Ryan is the owner of Foothill Tax Services (FTS).  FTS was formed to provide individuals and small businesses in Winston-Salem with high-quality, affordable tax advisory and preparation services.  FTS has quickly become one of the top reviewed tax preparation and advisory service providers on Google in Winston-Salem.
